As product manager in the Security, Access, and Solutions Division at Microsoft, Ian Hameroff is responsible for the product management and marketing of Microsoft core networking technologies. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2004, Ian spent six years working with security and enterprise management products at Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA). Ian holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Plattsburgh State University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

David Kruse joined Microsoft in 1998, and he has worked as a software engineer in the remote file systems team on every Windows release since Windows 2000. David leads the team working on the Server Message Block (SMB) file sharing protocol, including the new SMB version 2.0 protocol, the offline access support for remote files, and the WebDAV support to access files over HTTP.

Don Turriaga is an enterprise technology strategist on the Microsoft Customer Advocacy and Technology Management (CATM) infrastructure team where he focuses on the CATM strategy against Novell and storage workload. Don joined Microsoft in 2006, after spending 20 years working for Novell as a systems engineer in the Pacific Northwest.
