In this webcast, hosted live from Tech∙Ed Orlando, we wrap up our series on getting ready for Tech∙Ed by revisiting some of the highlights of our previous webcasts. We talk about developing for Windows Mobile devices and share some interesting demos with you; for example, one demo is on unit testing for devices. We also show you how to use FakeGPS with your own location data. We might even interview some Tech∙Ed attendees!

Presenters: Constanze Roman, Content Project Manager, Microsoft Corporation, Maarten Struys, Technical Manager/Windows Embedded Evangelist, PTS Software, and Jim Wilson, President, JW Hedgehog, Inc.

Constanze Roman is a community program manager with the Windows Mobile Content, Community and Engagement team. She has been working with the Windows Mobile and Windows Embedded operating systems for more than seven years, writing content on networking, security, and many other features.

Maarten Struys works as a technical manager and Windows Embedded evangelist at PTS Software in the Netherlands. Maarten has worked with managed code in the Microsoft .NET Framework environments since 2000. He has experience with Windows CE and has worked with Windows Mobile development since its introduction. Maarten speaks regularly at international conferences like Tech*Ed and Mobile Connections about Windows Mobile application development. He is also a freelance journalist, writing for the leading magazine about embedded systems development in the Netherlands. Jim Wilson is president of JW Hedgehog, Inc., a New Hampshire–based consulting firm specializing in solutions, content creation, and mentoring for Windows Mobile software. Jim has worked extensively with the Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft .NET Compact Framework (CF) since the original beta release of each. He has more than 14 years of experience with relational database programming, including Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition. Jim writes frequently for MSDN, and he has developed mobility curriculums for two of the industry's leading technology training organizations, DevelopMentor and PluralSight.
