Event ID: 1032260732
Language(s): English.
Product(s): Microsoft Outlook.
Audience(s): Additional Information Worker.

Creating effective email messages requires thought and consideration prior to typing the message. Consistently sending messages that produce the desired result requires a process to follow. This webcast will present the McGhee Productivity Solutions' PASS model as a protocol for writing effective e-mail. It stands for Purpose, Action, Supporting information and Subject Line. The PASS model can be applied for appropriate content as well as effective use of the To, Cc and Bcc lines. Sending clear and well structured emails will result in fewer emails being sent and received, provide needed answers, limit email trails and save time.
