Tom Moen joined Microsoft in 1997 as manager of the Direct Access and certified partner program for the North Central district. His involvement with small businesses and small business partners led him to become a product manager for Windows Small Business Server. Tom enjoyed the daily interaction with customers and partners, so he returned to the Microsoft field sales organization where he held a variety of technical and technical sales roles. More than a year ago Tom joined the Emerging Products team as a technology solutions professional for Microsoft Online Services, and he has been engaged with approximately 200 customers who are evaluating  the Microsoft  Business Productivity Online Standard Suite. Tom has delivered a number of keynote speeches and launch events, and he has presented with a number of Microsoft executives, including Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer.
