Michael Ziock has been in the service delivery business for the past 20 years. Mike has been with Microsoft since 2003 and joined as part of the acquisition of a Web Conferencing start-up, PlaceWare. Prior to PlaceWare, Mike was Vice President of Service operations
at several start-ups and entered the world of start-ups from Visa International where he was the Vice President of Engineering. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Sciences from George Mason University.
For the past 6 years Mike has been participating in Microsoft's move to services including Live Meeting (formerly PlaceWare), Exchange Hosted Services and most recently Microsoft's Business Online Services.
