As the director of the Microsoft Information Security Policy, Awareness, Strategy, and Engineering organization, Mark Estberg is responsible for information security governance and risk management. Mark works with Microsoft groups to improve Microsoft products based on the experiences and needs of the Microsoft Information Security organization. His background includes running the Microsoft Security Center of Excellence, which works with Microsoft enterprise customers to develop and implement security solutions. Before joining Microsoft, Mark was director of IT at Visio Corporation. His career also includes roles in software development, management consulting, IT operations, and forensic economics.
