In this webcast series, you learn how to develop applications for Windows Mobile Devices. We discuss the new enhancements for Device Emulator 3.0, and we show you how to configure Device Emulator using the Device Emulator Manager to meet your specific device requirements and make use of Cellular Emulator to emulate phone calls and Short Message Service (SMS) messaging. We also demonstrate how to customize your own emulators and how you can programmatically control Device Emulator.
