Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Non-Tech Influencing BDM.
Lengthy and costly implementations, inflexible software, and poor user adoption hamper organizations looking for technology to improve their customer relationship management (CRM). Microsoft
delivers the power of choice with both on-premise and on-demand CRM solutions through Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. We concentrate on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in this webcast.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online delivers a fast, flexible, and familiar CRM solution for businesses looking to combine the power of online services with the richness of productivity applications
for sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Because Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is an extension to familiar Microsoft Office system applications like Outlook, you can begin seeing results right away. In this webcast, we explore the criteria customers
use when evaluating an online solution, deliver an overview and demonstration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and provide a customer's perspective on why they chose an online deployment.
