As a mid-market solutions advisor in the Microsoft Across America group, Bob Clancy is responsible for presenting Microsoft products and solutions to mid-market IT executives. Since beginning his career with Microsoft in 1999, Bob has mainly worked as a senior product manager supporting the implementation of tools for Microsoft Customer Support and Services (CSS), an organization that delivers technical support for Microsoft products worldwide. Recently, Bob was involved with the design and global deployment of a customer relationship management (CRM) solution for CSS. Before joining Microsoft, Bob gained 12 years of sales engineering experience in the telecommunications field, focusing on call center technologies.
