Rachel Drossman joined Microsoft in 2006 as the associate product manager for Microsoft Office OneNote. She has degrees in marketing and computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, and she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and listening to live music in her free time.

Mike Tholfsen, test manager for Microsoft Office OneNote, has worked at Microsoft for the past 12 years. Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Mike earned his degree in information systems from Western Washington University. During his time at Microsoft, he has worked on the original version of Microsoft Office Outlook, the original version of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, and has spent the past three years working with the OneNote team.
