David Wilson is the service manager in the Microsoft IT Messaging and Collaboration group, where he is responsible for delivering mobile messaging and Unified Messaging (UM) services to Microsoft employees. David oversees mobile e-mail access services, in addition to voice mail and fax delivery to the inbox. David joined Microsoft in 2000 as a network analyst focused on trending wide area network (WAN) bandwidth growth.
