Event ID: 1032324663
Language(s): English.
Product(s): Windows Vista.
Audience(s): IT Implem_IT Generalist.

Join this webcast for an in-depth look at the capabilities and benefits of the Windows User Account Control (UAC) feature in Windows Vista. Learn how UAC helps to minimize exposure and reduce the attack surface of the operating system by requiring that all users run in standard user mode, and by limiting administrator-level access to authorized processes. We also cover the implications of UAC for application developers, additional security components, and considerations for legacy applications.
