James Bulmer is a senior associate with Project Management Practice, Inc., a Petaluma, California–based consulting and training organization. James has 15 years of experience in the microcomputer field and more than 25 years of experience in the computer/communications
industry. He has participated in the definition, development, and implementation of a wide variety of enterprise-wide project management solutions. James developed the “Microsoft Project 2002: Technical Readiness” workshop for the Microsoft Productivity Products
division. He facilitated this workshop more than 15 times in the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong. He also authored the enterprise resource material and online book Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 Enterprise Configuration Guide. James has a bachelor’s
of commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI], in addition to the College of Performance Management. James is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified Technology
Specialist.
