In this session, we explore advanced topics in dashboard creation such as integrating Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, ProClarity, and Excel Services reports in dashboards, using advanced filtering capabilities, advanced scoring topics, and dashboard creation tips and tricks. 

Presenter: Michael Tejedor, Senior Product Manager, Microsoft Corporation, and Alyson Powell Erwin, Program Manager, Microsoft Corporation

Michael Tejedor brings more than seven years of business intelligence (BI) experience to his role as senior product manager for Microsoft. In this role, he is responsible for the monitoring and analytic capabilities in Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server. Michael also is charged with creating the value proposition framework, product positioning and messaging, analyst relations for the monitoring and analytic products, and articulating usage and user scenarios. Prior to joining Microsoft, Michael held positions in program and product management at Crystal Decisions and Business Objects, focusing on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Microsoft Office integration clients.
Alyson Powell Erwin is a program manager for Microsoft Corporation. Alyson is responsible for managing customer programs and early product feedback and deployments for Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 Monitoring and Analytics. Previously, Alyson was a technical product manager for ProClarity Corporation, managing customer programs, product feedback, and early deployments of the ProClarity Analytics family of products. Alyson had previous experience working on the professional services team at ProClarity, deploying BI solutions, writing and delivering BI training materials, and acting as a technical account manager. Prior to joining ProClarity in 2000, Alyson worked on the SAP team at Trus Joist, a division of Weyerhaeuser and in various development roles for Micron and Logicon, now a division of Northrop Grumman. Alyson holds a bachelor's of science degree in mathematics from Idaho State University.
