As the senior analyst and technical lead for the Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration Client Services team, Lyle Rice is responsible for training the global help desk and tier two client support teams. Lyle joined Microsoft in 2001 as an operations analyst with the directory services team, which was then merged with messaging and collaboration client services.

Abbott Lowell has been with the Microsoft Office Groove team for the past six years, where he has served in a variety of roles. His current responsibilities as a technical product manager for the Microsoft Office Enterprise group are focused on developing and delivering the content needed by IT professionals to evaluate, plan, and deploy Groove solutions within their organization.

As the senior program manager for Microsoft Office Groove infrastructure systems, Leon Alexandrou is responsible for ensuring that Microsoft Office Groove Server 2007, Live Groove, and Groove 2007 are deployable. Before joining the Microsoft Information Worker office in 2005, Leon was a director of systems architecture for Groove Networks in Beverly, Massachusetts.
