In the Agility Now series, we describe the challenges a fictional company, Contoso, encounters and illustrate how the firm can better utilize the capabilities of existing Microsoft management tools. This first webcast looks at IT complexity, cost, and enterprise IT challenges, and provides an overview of the Infrastructure Optimization Model (IOM), a framework for planning and rolling out changes in your infrastructure.
