Event Overview
|
In Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 (NETCF) it will be possible to access native COM objects using managed code. This session examines how native code interoperability will work in NETCF version 2.0. We describe the scenarios
where interoperability is useful, and explain how to get the most out of your interoperability scenarios. We use real examples to illustrate how to access your COM objects from your NETCF applications. The discussion also looks at hosting Microsoft ActiveX
controls in NETCF applications.
Presenter: Alex Feinman, Senior Software Engineer, Corrigo Inc
Alex Feinman is a senior software engineer for Corrigo, Inc., a California-based company that specializes in mobile dispatch and maintenance applications. He is also a member of the OpenNETCF Advisory Board and is an active contributor to the Microsoft forums.
Originally from Ukraine, Alex moved to the United States ten years ago and has been living in the San Francisco Bay area ever since.
