Event Overview

Create and deploy business policies and rules using the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Business Rules Engine (BRE).  Beginning with an examination of the Rules Engine architecture and we will show how BRE integrates with and complements orchestration. Learn how to create vocabulary definitions against XML, DB and .NET objects, and how to test and publish effective policies using the policy testing tools. The webcast also covers language converters, fact retrievers, and rule set interceptors, as well as techniques for using the rules API to write your own rules, executing rules from .NET code, integrating the Rules Engine with Microsoft Excel, and writing more efficient rules.
