Paul Thomsen is the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) senior administrator for Microsoft Information Technology (IT), the internal IT department at Microsoft. Paul is the lead for the patch management service and is involved in related areas such as
client coverage, client health, software distribution, inventory collection, and reporting. He has been active in the SMS community since 1996, and he continues to work closely with the SMS product team.
