Event Overview

Generics simultaneously offer increased performance, improve code clarity, and reduce your coding effort. Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 includes full support for generics, which is one of the key features introduced in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework. Continuing the long tradition of Visual Basic, support for generics is provided through a common-sense programming model that continues to be fully interoperable with other Microsoft .NET programming languages. In this webcast, brought to you live from the Microsoft Professional Developers Conference Partner Pavilion, learn how to leverage the existing generic types in the framework, as well as how to create your own generic types.
