Ghazi Masood, Director of Unified Communications at Advaiya, Inc., has worked in enterprise sales management, leadership, and business development for over 15 years.  Prior to joining Advaiya, he spent 8 years at Avaya, Inc., where he held numerous leadership roles in software applications from sales, consulting, and business development perspectives.  Most recently heading up Avaya’s Unified Communications Practice for North America.  Prior to Avaya, Ghazi held sales leadership positions in the Western US for leading CRM companies & OEM/VAR technology firms.  Ghazi has led many successful initiatives around UC and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies. He is proficient not only on the Microsoft UC platform, but has deep knowledge around competitors such as Cisco, IBM, Avaya and Nortel.
