Event Overview

Organizations are focused on running lower-cost, more secure IT environments so workers can complete their work quickly and with greater flexibility. Workers want a dynamic work environment while IT departments want greater control and manageability. It's a predicament that many customers face, and it is why Microsoft created the Windows Optimized Desktop, consisting of Windows 7 and the Microsoft Desktop Optimization  Package (MDOP). In this webcast, we cover the issues faced by organizations with a traditional desktop infrastructure and how virtualization can help you decouple the various layers of an IT infrastructure and let the layers to work independently as needed. Join us to learn how the Windows Optimized Desktop provides access to information from anywhere, enhancing security and PC management.
