TechNet Webcast: Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering is now Forefront Online Security for Exchange (Level 200)  

As of April 1, 2009 Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering is now Forefront Online Security for Exchange.  Forefront Online Security for Exchange consists of layered technologies to actively help protect businesses’ inbound and outbound e-mail from spam, viruses, phishing scams, and e-mail policy violations.  This session will touch on the integration of Forefront Online Security for Exchange with Forefront Security for Exchange Server for a hybrid hosted and on-premise spam protection and highlight our new partnership with Cloudmark™.  Learn about Forefront Online Security for Exchange and how it will integrate with the Microsoft Forefront integrated security suite codenamed “Stirling”. 

  
Presenter: Mike Chan, Senior Product Manager, Microsoft Corporation

Mike Chan is a Senior Product Manager for Forefront Server Security. Previously, he worked on Internet Explorer 7.0 and security for Windows Vista including Windows Defender. Mike has spent most of his career at Microsoft over the past 7 years on projects such as ISA Server 2004, VPN, and security update management. Previous to Microsoft, he was a developer at various companies including Sun Microsystems, VA Linux, Intel and Trilogy.
