Learn how Ericom's free PowerTerm WebConnect add-on to Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services adds significant value and functionality, enhancing manageability, performance, and the overall experience for both administrators and users. We demonstrate Ericom's enhancements to quickly set up a Terminal Services environment, the ability to easily publish different application sets to users or groups, and how centralized management, logging, and auditing can simplify administration of Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services.

Joshua Schnoll is a senior product manager for Windows Server Terminal Services at Microsoft. He is responsible for marketing Terminal Services (TS) and strengthening the rich Microsoft ecosystem of TS value-add partners. Prior to joining Microsoft, Joshua held various strategy and marketing positions with Sun Microsystems, most recently managing the marketing of Sun Ray client computers and software. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California–Los Angeles (UCLA) and a bachelor's degree from Pomona College.

Dan Shappir is responsible for all aspects of product design, software development, and maintenance of Ericom's product lines. Dan joined Ericom in 2001, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in computer programming, and in the design and architecture of software products. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and master's degree in computer science (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
