TechNet Webcast: Unlock the Power of SAP with the Microsoft Platform (Level 200)  

This webcast is designed for IT professionals who would like to understand how they can unlock the power of SAP with the Microsoft platform. In this session, we discuss: 

·         Scenarios for interoperability across the front end, including Microsoft Office and SAP Netweaver Portal.

·         Applications and services, such as SAP Netweaver BW and Microsoft SQL Server business intelligence (BI).

·         Applications and infrastructure, known as the "applistructure," including SAP Netweaver XI and Application Server with Windows, Microsoft BizTalk Server, and SQL Server.

We also explore how Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) makes it possible to build solutions that dramatically improve SAP user adoption and productivity.

Tilo Boettcher is a senior program manager for Microsoft, where he is responsible for leading the Collaboration Technology Support Center (CTSC). The CTSC is a joint team between SAP and Microsoft that focuses on customer guidance and interoperability between the two platform stacks. Tilo works with several product groups within Microsoft and engages with large customers to design the interoperability landscape and to discuss the architectural challenges between SAP and Microsoft.
 
Anu Chawla is a program manager in the Enterprise Application Strategy Team at Microsoft, where he focuses on building technical communities with the largest Microsoft application partners. Before joining the Microsoft team in 2004, Aru worked at Siebel Systems, where he spent five years implementing and integrating customer relationship management (CRM) applications with SAP.
