TechNet Webcast: Running a Minimal Windows Server 2008 Environment with Server Core (Level 200)  

In this session, we look at the concept of Server Core, a subset of Windows Server 2008. Server Core has four specific roles for standard, enterprise, and data center environments. Server Core is designed to help reduce server vulnerability to attack and cut the costs of upgrading and maintaining servers.
