Event Overview
|
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) helps companies extend their authentication infrastructure across enterprise and organizational boundaries. Attend this webcast to hear the engineer
who was responsible for the internal deployment of ADFS at Microsoft discuss ways to configure the ADFS components, including the federation server, federation server proxies, ADFS Web agents, and deployment challenges. We look at this real-world deployment
of ADFS, explore both the business and technical scenarios that ADFS can help you solve, and describe the challenges you may face.
Presenter: Brian Puhl, Technology Architect, Microsoft Corporation
Brian Puhl is a technology architect on the Windows Infrastructure Engineering team within the Microsoft IT group. Brian is responsible for the internal Active Directory directory service forests that support the more than 60,000 Microsoft employees. He joined
Microsoft just after the release of Microsoft Windows 2000 and was the primary Active Directory support engineer during the internal test and release cycles for Windows Server 2003.
