Event Overview

During this webcast, we take you through the steps you should consider following when selecting a long-term environment for your enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In past years, many organizations chose to build their business systems on a platform of UNIX running on RISC servers. As the life cycles of many of these servers come to an end, many organizations are choosing to migrate their critical UNIX-based ERP systems to servers running the Windows Server 2003 operating system and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. By switching to an infrastructure based on Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005, organizations currently running ERP applications on UNIX with Oracle can save money while maintaining the enterprise capabilities they have today. Attend this webcast to learn how Windows Server 2003 with SQL Server 2005 can provide a powerful environment for your ERP systems while helping to lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and increasing reliability, performance, manageability, and security.
