Joe Schurman is cofounder of Templar Training Services and Connected Innovation. He is also a member of the Microsoft Unified Communications (UC) Readiness team. As a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Microsoft Office Live Communications Server, Joe provides UC training for Microsoft offices across the world. Joe is the author of Professional Live Communications Server 2005 SP1 (Wiley / Wrox Books, July 2006), and he has written several Microsoft UC white papers. As a Microsoft MVP, Joe supports the UC technical community by answering advanced installation or configuration questions, and provides strategy to customers and partners for Voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony solutions.
