Glenn Fincher is a senior consultant with Xtreme Consulting Group, a Microsoft partner focusing on desktop deployment. Before joining Xtreme, Glenn designed and delivered enterprise desktop deployments that included custom approaches for Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Remote Installation Service (RIS), Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS), Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and Business Desktop Deployment (BDD). Glenn is well-versed in how Microsoft Windows Vista deployments differ and how to get the most out of upgrading to Windows Vista.

Tony Richardson is a principal consultant with Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc., a Microsoft partner that focuses on desktop deployment. Before joining Xtreme, Tony worked at Microsoft for 11 years, including five years with Microsoft Consulting Services. He has experience with a variety of enterprise customers on projects involving operating systems, deployment, network services, Active Directory, systems management, automation, and patch management. Tony has focused exclusively on desktop deployment since 2003.
