In Part Two of this webcast series, we discussed the features and capabilities of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework. In Part Three, we examine the functionality that is exclusively available to devices running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0. Learn how to get the most out of these devices and how to deal with different screen resolutions and display modes. Join us as we explore the functionality exposed through the Windows Mobile 5.0 managed application programming interfaces (APIs) and incorporate these capabilities into the sample application we are building throughout the series.

Presenter: Maarten Struys, Product Manager, PTS Software

Maarten Struys is responsible for the Real-Time and Embedded Competence Centre at PTS Software. Maarten has worked with managed code in Microsoft .NET environments since 2000. He has experience with Microsoft Windows CE and has worked with Windows Mobile development since its introduction. He is also a freelance journalist who writes for the two leading magazines about embedded systems development in the Netherlands.
