Michael Noel is a consultant at Convergent Computing who specializes in designing Microsoft Active Directory environments, migrating Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows Server 2003, and migrating Microsoft Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Michael is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and coauthor of the best-selling books, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Unleashed, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Unleashed, Microsoft SharePoint 2003 Unleashed and Microsoft ISA Server 2004 Unleashed, all of which are published by Sams.

Colin Spence has been in the computer industry for more than 12 years. He is a partner at Convergent Computing and a senior consultant in the area of business processes and information system operations. Colin has coauthored or contributed to several popular titles published by Sams, including Microsoft SharePoint 2003 Unleashed,  Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Unleashed, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Unleashed. He has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Cornell University.
