Event Overview

Find out where your favorite tools are and how they differ in Windows Server 2003. This session looks at how to accomplish everyday Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 administrative tasks in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environment. Administrative tasks such as adding users, changing passwords, and administering file/print shares will be covered. Learn to use the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), and how to change Windows components using the Windows Components Wizard. We will also explain the server configuration process using the Configure Your Server Wizard, differences in Group Policy management, and using the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) to apply Group Policies.

Keith has been a technical evangelist with Microsoft for over six years and focuses on the messaging and collaboration products including Windows 2000, Active Directory and Exchange.
