Join this session to learn the benefits an ISA-based appliance offers the IT professional, taking a close look at the process of creating a security appliance based on ISA Server 2004. We will review the options available to
OEMs targeting specific markets, and the impact of the OEM selections on the final product. We will consider appliance add-ons such as anti-virus, ISA filters, and WebUI management modules, as well as OS Hardening. Finally, we will examine the experience of
the ISA-based security appliance administrator, from unpacking a new appliance all the way to patching a working machine.
