David Phipps is the East Region licensing specialist focusing on Enterprise Agreement renewals for the Microsoft Small and Mid-Market Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) organization. David has been with Microsoft since 2004 and has worked both in partner sales, field sales and operations during his tenure. David currently resides in Greenville, SC and works out of the Charlotte, NC office.

Bob Lincavicks is the solution specialist for mid-market customers in the greater Northeast area. In that role, he helps businesses understand, deploy, and leverage Microsoft’s infrastructure, productivity, and platform solutions. Since joining Microsoft in 1995, Bob has held sales, marketing, channel, and technical roles. A New England native, Bob currently resides in Connecticut.
