As general manager of the Microsoft IT Solution Delivery organization focused on sales, Gary and his team are responsible
for delivering IT solutions and services that drive innovation and business value for the Microsoft global sales force of more than 9,000 sellers in 100 countries. In this role, Gary is also responsible for the Global Sales Experience solution, the new Microsoft
customer relationship management ecosystem built exclusively from Microsoft technologies, which replaced the existing Siebel environment. By partnering closely with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product group, Microsoft IT and the product group are improving
the effectiveness of the Microsoft sales force while advancing Microsoft products and technologies.
As director of global solutions delivery, Jonathan Bumba is responsible for strategy and planning for the Microsoft
Enterprise Sales organization, which has more than 9,000 members. His primary focus is to deliver greater sales force productivity through the role-based Global Sales Experience sales solution. Jonathan previously held Microsoft sales management positions
in both the U.S. subsidiary and the Asia-Pacific and Greater China regions, and he served as the global process owner for opportunity management within Microsoft Enterprise Sales organization.
