Richard Gleeson is the Director for IT Strategy at Advaiya, Inc,  in the Business Solutions Group.  At Advaiya, Rich has worked with Microsoft on numerous strategic  projects including consulting services, audience marketing, IW compete, Online Services (BPOS), Infrastructure Optimization (IO) and business value assessments (BVA). Prior to Advaiya, Rich was a Senior Business Strategy Consultant at Microsoft working with large enterprise customers to identify business value and drive Information Worker adoption.
