The webcast is presented by Joe Giunta, a former Microsoft consultant who currently works in the professional services industry and has done extensive work helping customers deploy the 2007 Office system client. There is a question and answer portion of the webcast with the presenter and Joanna Bichsel, a senior product manager at Microsoft who focuses on Office Desktop Deployment.

Joe was with Microsoft from 1998 to mid this year, 10 + years.  He has tremendous passion for innovating Office application deployment and custom solution migration strategies, content, and services.  While with Microsoft he held positions as a Premier Office Deployment Senior Support Escalation Engineer, a consultant on the 2007 Office System TAP, a Dedicated Technical Account Manager on a Global Account Team, and as a MCS Senior Deployment Consultant.  While with the World Wide MCS deployment practice, he developed 2007 Office Deployment and Application Compatibility service offering content.  In FY08 he helped Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) develop, launch, and deliver a series of 2007 Office Deployment and Migration workshops that are still in high demand today.

Joanna Bichsel is a senior product manager at Microsoft where she focuses on Office Desktop Deployment for the United States. Joanna has been at Microsoft for seven years and has served in many different roles, both technical and marketing. She has coauthored two developer books on Microsoft Office business applications that describe how to take advantage of the Microsoft Office system as an enterprise platform for building solutions that connect to back-end systems.
