Todd Mancini  is a Developer Technology Specialist for Microsoft, which affords him the opportunity to wax eloquently on the suite of Microsoft developer tools, especially Visual Studio Team System, and demonstrate how these tools may be utilized to motivate software engineering best practices within development organizations.  Todd is a self-taught programmer, refining his art for more than 30 years; over his career he has managed several development teams and ran his own software and consulting companies.  Todd holds a BS and an MS in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
