Kim has over 12 years of product management and marketing experience, having worked for Internet and telecommunications companies in the US and Canada. In her current role at Microsoft, Kim works in the CRM product management team, focusing on partner recruitment
and enablement, with a focus on developing the on demand channel strategy. Prior to joining Microsoft, Kim held senior marketing positions at Netscape, AOL, managed services startup Totality, Bell Canada and AT&T Canada. Kim also worked in France for a venture
capital firm after graduating from university.
