Event Overview
|
In this session, we look at how organizations can enable their users to collaborate securely
with people in other companies by using Windows Server 2008 Rights Management Services (RMS) in conjunction with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). By applying access policies and user permissions directly to the information, you can be sure that
any documents you protect will only be accessible by authorized users, whether inside or outside your organization. Join us to learn how to secure your information regardless of location, and even if it travels beyond your corporate boundaries.
Presenter: David Hastie, Senior Product Manager, Microsoft Corporation
David Hastie is a senior product manager for the Microsoft Identity and Access group. He is responsible for product strategy and planning for the Windows Rights Management Services product. David has been with Microsoft since 2003 during which time he was also
a product manager in the Unified Communications group. Prior to joining Microsoft, David worked in the real-time collaboration and electronic design automation industries in a variety of software development and marketing roles.
