Event Overview
|
Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX is not just for Microsoft ASP.NET developers. The Microsoft AJAX Library also provides productivity benefits for developers who target other server frameworks. Join us as we discuss the AJAX
Library, a standalone collection of the standards-based JavaScript classes included in Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX). We explain how the AJAX Library is an excellent tool for building client-centric Web applications that integrate with almost any
backend data provider. In this session, we provide an overview of the client-side script library. We demonstrate how you can add greater interactivity into an existing Web site using the AJAX Library, regardless of the technology on which the site is based.
We also explore how you can use the Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit to build new controls. Join us to learn how the AJAX Library can help you create richer, more dynamic Web sites.
Presenter: Lindsay Rutter, MSDN Developer Evangelist, Microsoft Corporation
