As the program manager for the Microsoft IT Windows Vista pre-release deployment, Chad Lewis was responsible for managing the deployment of the Windows Vista operating system internally at Microsoft. This deployment effort involved projects with the current infrastructure and projects planning the "dogfood" efforts for the next version of Microsoft Office Server. Chad joined the Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) national practice in 2001. Before that, Chad worked as a consultant for NCompass Labs in Vancouver, Canada, until the company was purchased by Microsoft.
