Joey is responsible for the back-end operations, feature priority, and the strategic and technology road map for ITWeb. Recently, Joey led an analysis on whether to build or buy a portal solution to improve IT satisfaction, while enabling employees to be more productive, informed, and effective. With its combination of collaboration tools and enterprise content management features, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 became the solution. Now Joey focuses on content customization and personalization to improve relevance for users based on their roles and other criteria.
