This lab is designed to walk through the process of setting up Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), a feature of Windows Server 2003 R2 Beta 2.
This lab covers ADFS setup in a passive (browser-based) federated application among two business partners (B2B), including:
- Setting up a trust relationship among business partners
- Creating, populating and transforming “claims” about users that are shared between security contexts
- Turning federation claims into authorization decisions in a federated application
- Integrating a claims-aware application
