Event Overview
|
Without a doubt, memory leaks are the granddaddy of all debugging issues. Because memory leaks often develop over time, they can have a dramatic effect on system resources. This webcast explains how memory leaks typically occur
within the scope of an application and how memory becomes fragmented. We will show you how to use the Memory Leak Analyzer included with the Debug Diagnostics Toolkit to effectively troubleshoot and solve memory leaks.
Presenter: Simon Maddock, Escalation Engineer, Microsoft Corporation
Simon Maddock has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He is currently an escalation engineer for the Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) product. Simon is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Application
Developer, and MCSD.NET. He lives in Las Colinas, Texas and was the leading project manager for the IIS Debug Diagnostics 1.0 tool.
