define what a hang is in the context of IIS and discuss some of the common reasons that cause IIS processes to hang. You will also learn how to use the appropriate tools to minimize the time to resolution.

Developer, and MCSD.NET. He lives in Las Colinas, Texas and was the leading project manager for the IIS Debug Diagnostics 1.0 tool.
