features of Microsoft® Systems Management Server 2003 and proceeds to show how SMS 2003 integrates with Network and Operating System Technologies such as Active Directory® and Windows® Management Instrumentation. From there the presentation shows the improvements
in asset management, software distribution and reporting in SMS 2003.

John Baker, originally from England, started in Microsoft® Consulting Services as an infrastructure consultant, then had a brief stint in Solutions Sales with Windows® 2000 Datacenter, and most recently was a Product Technology Specialist for Windows 2000
and Microsoft management technologies. Possessing a broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies, his background has concentrated on Windows® NT® and Windows 2000, Windows 2000 Datacenter, Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operations Manager and Desktop deployments.
Outside Microsoft John is an avid scuba diver, and has run some marathons as well.
