Description: This session details the metabase backup and restore process for IIS 6.0. Topics include server-specific backups and backup methods that enable you to move the metabase configuration to servers running different operating
systems. This session also explains how you can efficiently recover from a disaster by using tools to perform automated installations of Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0, and then use IIS Manager and command-line tools to restore the metabase.

resides in Redmond with the IIS product group representing PSS as a supportability Lead. Chris is actively certified as a MCP, MCSA, and MCSE on the NT 4 and Windows 2000 platforms.
